The Re-formation is NOW!!!
A reformation is coming! A Reformation is coming! The Re-FORMATION is NOW!!!
As we transition into a space in God we have never been, I sense that God is re-posturing, re-positioning, re-forming us as a Body of believers. God is re-posturing our hearts to move from “just going through the motions” individually and in our collective gatherings, to a true, authentic passionate fervent pursuit of God that cannot be restrained; re-positioning our perspectives from thinking too highly of ourselves and our own works to exalting CHRIST and His works alone; and re-forming our Body to move from compromise to faithful consistency in the mission and assignment that He has given us, as a Body of Christ. There are some heart postures, perspectives, ways, methods, teams, and even people that we cannot take into this next season, because it has stifled our freedom in God. God is re-forming us, cutting off every branch in us that doesn’t produce fruit, and he is pruning the branches in us that do bear fruit, not to hurt us or because we’ve done things wrong, but he is pruning us so that we will produce even more (John 15:2). God is re-forming us, as a Body to remain in Him! We cannot be fruitful for this next season unless we remain in Him, individually and collectively.
We are indeed on the move! However, this move requires us to move from what was to what is, and what is to come. We cannot move forward with our heads looking back, for we will remain stagnant and we will miss the move of God that is right in front of us, the move of God...the freedom in God that is happening NOW. Can you see it? Can you feel it? Can you hear it? The Re-FORMATION is NOW!!! So that we will truly be the Ephesians 4:11-13 NLT Body of believers that Christ originally designed…for the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the Body of Christ.
Can you see it? Can you feel it? Can you hear it?
